A proper introduction to an amazing city

... waffles. Everything but waffles in fact. So our pursuit continued, now onto Le Pain, another recommendation per our front desk friend. Just like Charli's, no waffles were to be found (seriously?!?), so instead of pounding the pavement even longer, we took a seat.

Unlike any other breakfast I've ever had before, this one consisted of a basket of assorted breads, spreads, juice, and water. No eggs, meat, or fruit? Hmmm...
