Poppiano is a small community close to our villa.
There is a very large castle, where people live.
It is a wine making community. There are solar panels on the hillside and the wine making vats are very well hidden so as to not disrupt the beautiful landscape.

... br> We stopped in at one particular vineyard who had restored a castle as their home base for their wine production it is actually a lablel that is sold back home so that was pretty neat. Things were pretty quiet so there were no tours but that didn't prevent us from showing ourselves around, we have a tendancy for getting into that issue when we are in these European countries for some reason?

... back to Jabula to again set off for our next destination - Bolsena. An Italian lake, although not Lake Como we were expecting big things.

We drove through the heart of Tuscany. Rolling hills and Tuscan villas the whole way. We reached Bolsena about 4pm but hadn't arranged a campsite. We were waiting to see if we liked it...did we like it we loved it!! Unfortunately all the campsites were shut so we found a little ...
