      ... There was a 2km road of leather markets and they were fabulous. I bought 2 and managed to haggle one from almost 90 euro to 60. The quality is divine. In the night we went to a restaurant where they used no processed foods made outside of the place and made their own pasta. It was lovely.       ... more orientations the next day.... these were academic ones though. We got a list of more trips or activities to do while here! Later we went on a guided tour. The guide was too cute, she told us so much about all the historical spots in the city! Unfortunately this was the first time the weather wasn't perfect, it rained for about 20 minutes. But we just went into a store and continued the tour after it stopped. Because of the rain the river had a rainbow over it! ...

      ... had about an hour nap before getting ready. I felt pretty good when I woke up. :) We then drove to a spot with the most beautiful view of Florence and had our first group photo taken, before heading to the Tuscan restaurant for dinner.       This pretty town has two towers of the Rocca that were rebuilt in the twelfth century. The older tower was converted into a bell tower when the Duomo Di Santa Maria Assunta e San Genesio was built. This Duomo has been recently renovated and is now in magnificent condition.
