What a great excuse to get away from the other half eh?Anyway, clearly the people of San Miniato, (Minatians? Minatese? Minions even?), take the truffle business very seriously, as it was one of the towns that established The National Association of Truffle Towns, and helps to ...

This pretty town has two towers of the Rocca that were rebuilt in the twelfth century. The older tower was converted into a bell tower when the Duomo Di Santa Maria Assunta e San Genesio was built. This Duomo has been recently renovated and is now in magnificent condition.
