Very mixed city....
... caught the 8pm ferry across to Naples because it worked out cheaper and quicker than driving back through Sicily and up the boot of Italy. We were supposed to arrive at 8am, only to be awoken from our cabin at 06h00 because we'd made good time during the night. It was then onto Barrea in the mountains!

Go West life is peaceful there
We woke up after a brilliant nights sleep and again the sun was shining. Feeling good we all got dressed for some exercise. I ran along another brilliant coastal road, today was the hottest yet. Sweating and flustered I boldly suggested we go straight for a swim. Well I was the bravest and got in up to my thighs, the boys managed their toes and that was it - it was more like an ice bath.
