    ... s, crazy parking (we never parked on a corner or double parked so we are clearly not locals!) snowy mountain roads and everything in between. I must admit, I was relieved to sign it back in.     Tuesday is that day that Bar Sport is closed, so we weren't able to have our obligatory coffee there. Instead we made our way to the ferry terminal and headed for the village of Menaggio (that's MENAGGIO, MENAGGIO for Paul). We wandered throughout the lakeside park and town square for a few hours before jumping on the ferry again and headed for Varenna.

    Daylight savings began today and Sue happened to put her clock forward 2 hours and had everything packed by 6am before realising that it was very quiet outside.
    We left Innsbruck and made our way towards Bellagio with the GPS sending us via St Moritz. Of course Lou was a bit worried about whether the road would be open all the way and how Sophie would cope. This was the quickest way and cut out about 2 hours so we took the gamble.

    ... the lunch hour began. The builders came in in hordes. Seated, supplied with bread and wine followed by pasta and then time to get back to work. We moved on and later found a great pizza place. Pizzas are good here (unlike Rome). We then followed Fabio's advice and caught the ferry into Como. We spent the afternoon walking about the main part of the city - lovely old buildings, huge Duomo (surprise!!), partially unfinished waterfront, shops ...

    ... a choice of “to join together” or one for a bomb....I think a trip to reception with the offending item in hand is needed. We carried on down the coast for a bit, then returned home to speak to said receptionist, who went in the back office and emerged with a choice of fuses, free!
