Stop Two On The Day
... off after all we had walked for what seemed forever and really what can you really see in a crumbling fort? Well we bit the bullet and paid up and were sure glad we did. There were really no parts that were off limits so we were able to explore the lowest points (dungeon) and the highest points (watchtowers) which provided us with some awesome 360 degree viewpoints.

First Stop Of The Day
... to reach this place and once there it takes your breath away as do all of these communities. In front of you is a wide expanse of Mountains, Valleys and Villages and behind you is a community where every House, Street, and Laneway makes you say "man that is awesome!"
We took in all of the sights that the tourbooks mention which of course being Italy a lot of them are churches, these places took decades to build apparently somewhere someone ...

... it was great... they took us on bus from place to place explaining everything and showing us how to properly taste the wines so we can really appreciate it. Things like learning how to look at the "legs", seeing the color of the rim, its overall color and smell, and finally the taste. We learned to look at the specific labels and years to see what type of quality the wine is.
