      ... was outrageous, sooooo many trucks and of course everything travelling very quickly. It was most tiring for John as the driver. The closer we got to Milan the worse it got, anyway, we survived. Luckily the road basically bypasses Milan and we were soon in Como.

      Well from the outside of city there is a breathtaking view of the upper town but once you are in it I woudn't say the same. Still there is plenty to see wandering around the streets and lots of lovely churches to explore. But it's definitely not the best medieval town in Italy.

      After a long 6 hour bus ride that arrived in a dodgy part in Milan. (Eurolines really aren't great) we caught a metro train to our accommodation. Lots of weird dodgy people were at the station then on the street we were staying.
