    Sailing at sea

Today we are sailing from Sicily to Greece so no shore time. We could have slept in late but our brains didn't get the message about sleeping in and we were up early. How about eggs Benedict this morning? It was cool and the sun was shaded by the east bound ship. ...

... Patterned marble floors, giant marble pillars, gigantic domes, sculptures, statues, alters, underground crypts, you name it; it's there in a super deluxe version.

Piazza Vittorio Emanuele is the third square where the 3rd century B.C. Greek theatre is situated. It is still used for concerts. Free time until 1300hrs. Walked the the 3rd square through the narrow and crowded ...

... were met at the pier where we docked. They said they had a great time and were happy to be back on the ship. It was so much easier for them as the tender to the ship was way too bouncy.

We dined in Compass Rose and the seas finally settled down. It was a good thing as we were getting tired of the waves and the sea movement.

Tomorrow we will be in one of our most favorite ports, Sorrento, Italy.

    Until next time...
