... final goodbyes to Rome. My flight was at
12:00pm, so I made sure I was there 2 hours early for check in. My flight to
Changi Singapore was smooth and comforting, especially for a 12 hour flight. We
then got off the plane for a3 hour and 40 minute layover, at which I caught up
on some sleep before getting back on the plane at 9:40 am for the duration of
my flight home to Brisbane arriving at 7:30 ...

    Today was amazing! I had
the best day, 5 hours, lots of flour and plenty of laughs and knowledge. I learnt
how to cook a four course authentic Italian meal in a private kitchen in
central Rome, with an English speaking Italian chef. In a small group of 8
people we first went to the local market to collect all our ...

Today I went on Vatican City’s most comprehensive tour combining
two walking tours to see Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica
and the most interesting one of all Basilicas of the Vatican including Santa
Maria Maggiore. This is the only Vatican City tour that incorporates all of the
Basilicas along with the Vatican Museums to ensure you see everything in ...

Today, I went and spoke to the Go Abroad team about
volunteering to tutor English to an Italian family. Geo Visions' Conversation
Corps provides native English speakers a chance to live with an Italian family
and teach them conversational English. I believe this opportunity will be an
amazing adventure and an opportunity to be ...

... pasta at the restaurant Trattoria. What I liked was everything was explained well and we were shown around the town, with all special dietary requirements taken into consideration, which I thought was wonderful. There were three times to choose from, 9:45 am, 10:30 am and 11:15 am, personally I think the 10:30 am tour was a good time to go as you missed the early morning rush. I even learnt the difference between real and ...
