... to get to the hotel. Apparently I viewed a whole section of the city that was not planned...I guess good exercise to help recover from my frustration. I then was able to find a laundromat as all my clothes, especially the biking clothes were in a need of a washing. Everyone looked horrible this morning haha. I didn't feel too bad since I came back a bit early but getting on the bus at 7am was a mission for all. We had a huge day of travelling ahead doing 4 countries and finishing in London that night. Our first stop was in bruge in Belgium. This is where we stopped for lunch and it was a cool little city. Apparently this is where French fries where actually first created, not sure if that's completely true ...

... relaxing atmosphere. We also had one of the best coffees we have had for a long time too, creamy smooth and rich in its black state - like velvet.

Many have suggested that I should have my own cafe or such, and I said to Vern that if I ever did take the plunge I would model it on this; good wholesome perfectly prepared food with an uber cool atmosphere (and no late evenings).

... while (I may have had a nap, I’m not sure). Nelson came with some afternoon tea which we didn’t expect – this was coffee and tea and a selection of sandwiches and cakes, very similar to what we had had in the cafe! Oops.
