... are talking about a country that is famous for its beer, chocolate and waffles. I must be partially dutch because this ticks all of my boxes! It has been dry overnight, so again it was easy to pack up the tent. Madame Camping brought us the "pistolets" of bread we had ordered for petit dejeuner (French speaking Belgium hereabouts). When we were ready to leave, Monsieur le Camping unhitched our electricity - the connection at "their" end is kept in a locked box - never come across that system before. ... of a pub. They sit around, drinking unlimited beer and singing drinking songs. In 5 languages. Dutch, French, German, English. And Latin. It is presided over by the king of the club hosting the cantus. There are a complex system of rules where you have to drink if you do or don’t do certain things at proscribed times.
