... 7 that we learned this. Up until then, we were wandering a historic center cluttered with beer, food, and craft tents, none of which were open for business. Nevertheless, we did see a bit of a parade, including a carrot-cannon, tried some traditional Ghentish sweets (not to my liking), and enjoyed a bit of street food and beer.
