Today was day one of our 12 day tour around Europe. This first day ended up really just being a travelling day. Brussels in 24 hours...
... took the tube (Piccadilly Line) to our hostel, which is called Generator and is more like college than a hotel.
Seriously, this place has dorm rooms, communal bathrooms (like every hostel), but also a BIG bar (which has bumping music like a club), pool tables, club lighting, a poker table, drink specials....I'm sitting here in the bar writing this as we speak..... they also have a restaurant for breakfast (free) and a computer room with cushy couches. ...
Day 8
... we got on the highway. Jake had a wipeout on the ice in the parking lot. I saw it in slow motion, and just knew he broke his arm. He popped up and moved along. That's good, because I'm not sure how our health insurance works over here.
