I have played Netball just about every weekend with my social netball comp/training. We are considering at the moment making a Netball Tavistock Team that would compete against other teams in Devon. Kind of exciting I think.

... gents sitting playing cribbage! We stayed for lunch! We had also planned to visit the Finch Foundry (National Trust) in the village and knew that it would not be open until tomorrow so we will return. After lunch we decided to head firstly to Okehampton Camp on a nostalgia trip. Stewart remembered well the steep drive to the top of Okehampton on the edge of the Moor. ... ploughing. When I thought of dry slope skiing I kept thinking for some reason of these skiies with bristles on the end, to glide over actually grass and rocks with. I don't really think I thought much about the actually possibility of ever being able to sky like that, but that was the way I imagined it. When I first saw the slopes however I was a tad shocked, or maybe not very surprised in hindsight. The slope was more like .... ...

... kicking a ball, it was a surprse to me, because up until then I honestly was thinking that they are doing rugby!

carton of beer is a crate of beer

ice cream is ice cream but ice block is ice lolly. Ice block would literally be a block of ice to them.

They are just a few things that I can think of now. You honestly hear a knew one every day. Like deciphering a code.
