This morning we cruise past dramatic glaciers of Tracy Arm Fjord where some guests have elected to take a small boat cruise into the Fjord, then rejoin the ship at Juneau. It is a picture perfect day with the sun shining brightly as we sail into Juneau.

... In the group were a number of females and a baby. Our guide told us they were transition whales (rather than resident whales) and would be scavenging for food. Resident whales apparently have a territory and feed off salmon. Dinner finally completed, we settled down to a lecture on Orca whales only to be interrupted by the cry of, 'Humpbacks to starboard!'
