... active so we took pictures and collected a hunk of ice from the water to use in the glacial margaritas.
Got back to Juneau and had about an hour to shop. We had an early all aboard of 5:30. I tried to watch the whole pushing off process but we had to get to trivia. One of the men on the dock had is golden retriever with him and the dog seemed to know the whole drill.

... on the shore." As he slowly motored alongside we had an amazing view a large grizzly bear bathing in the bay and scouring the rocks for fish trapped by the dropping tide.

The huge crew ship in front of us that has been enjoying the glacier moved away for us to float silently and watch huge chunks of ice fall off the glacier under the watchful eye of a single bald eagle perched atop one of the glacier's spires.
