... cup over and spilt it everywhere. And broke her glasses! The young assistant was most kind and after mopping up the huge mess, replaced it free of charge! (Service worthy of a tip). On the way home, we passed a huge white plantation mansion with cross on top that was privately owned - gate closed, discrete sign with name (Manresa) and adjacent white church; a huge place, and real stand-out property. July 1st was our opening day under new management. We had a full house... Shannon did a great job building up the customers of the old Big Eddie's Cafe. Now I just hope I can give the Cafe' the added touch and continue with the southern hospitality Louisiana is known for. If you and yours are ever in Bayou Country, stop by our little family style Coffee Shop and enjoy a great cup of hot coffee, beignets (french doughnuts) and meet some great ...

The other people on the tour brought up all the new swamp shows on TV. There is one called Swamp People that has folks from around this neck of the woods. One of the people on the show, Liz, is Wayne Jr's friend. He joked that he's too pretty to be on the show cuz he has all his teet. LOL

Wayne said that alot of the routes he took thru the swamp (not that ...
