    After the excitement of the race had calmed down we headed out for a late lunch at Spag and Co, an Italian restaurant right on the finish line. It is now time to celebrate Fathers Day. We had a great lunch but also watched some amazing athletes cross the line. By this stage most of them were in the 60 to 64, 65 to 69, 70 to 74, 75 to 79 and 80 to 84 age groups.     ... was 2 hours 49 .. Great time . Caught him in the transition to the run ... 2 hours 11 minutes , he slowed up the last 4 kms . Total time ; 5 . 41 woo hoo . So happy that he finished, no incidents ... His bike was fine , no equipment mishaps . Tried to see him on the run but missed him. VIP lunch and wine and it's all very special .
