... Park, a wildlife park with all the animals that live somewhere in Canada. You drive through it by car and it's somewhat like a Canadian safari, because most of the animals walk right up to the car and you can feed them if you like. The more dangerous animals are, of course, caged in. We saw numerous deers and wild pigs, one moose (FINALLY! ONE!), arctic wolves, black bears, Bisons, and more deers. Did I mention deers? After our time in the park we made us on our way to Ottawa.

We rode the gondolier and walked around the area, then went up to the Altitude Restaurant at the casino on top of another mountain for an enjoyable included ...

Up early. Lots of action in the Village. Nicole was in the 13th Wave to take off. Her number is 1822. Her swim time was 35.05 minutes and she was 11.06 minutes behind the winner. She was placed at 79th.

She had a slight fall at the bike transition. Luckily another athlete caught her before she hit the ground. On to the bike and she was off. Her bike time was pretty good at 2.41 hours and she was now placed at 43 but was 15.01 minutes behind the ...

... the fly past of the jets! , the fire crackers! The Mounties , and the national anthem ( in French of course) I head of with my new Canadian friend Justine and American friend Ty. I see royce at the end of the swim and on the run into the transition tent . He's had a great swim and. Looks focused. I don't think he saw me ... Or my go Royce sign or my pink cowbell! I thought I was pretty obvious ! I head up to transition platform and ...
