We then went back to our room to meet Nicole. We then all headed down to the IRONMAN Village so that she could rack her bike. The bike area is now half full. It ...

... the hotel some time. The hype around the race is full on. Lots of speeches about the 'journey' the 'commitment' and the spectators get a special mention as well... Which is nice. Full blown north American enthusiasm which is pretty special. I am so proud of him and so happy that we get to do this together. ( not the race of course - the whole experience) it feels like we have been away a long time already and there's more to come yet..... Will keep you ...
