... some positive signs I took Alex up the big hill and got him on some of the easier runs on the mountain. Although it took a while to get to the bottom I could tell that he was loving it! We kept going over and over and over and by the end of the day I took him down his first blue run. He was hooked. We went back down to find Matt, Chris and Kellie, but couldn't find them anywhere ...

... and knuckled the jump super bad and only just pulled it back without stacking it. I left the park for the day and went back down to the bunny hill to check on everyone else.

It was good to see that they had kept it up and pushed through and were all slowly improving. We grabbed some lunch and I hung out with them all for the rest of the day. The mountain closed at 3:30 which to me was absurd. ...

... br> We got picked up at 1, but had a bit of a hard time choosing an outfit to brave the -35 temperatures. I still hadn't got myself some winter boots so opted for my snowboarding boots and it turned out to be the best decision. We got picked up in a van and got driven about 20-30 minutes out of town from Mt Tremblant to a lodge with miles of dog sledding trails. When we arrived we got our briefing about how to work the sleds which all seemed pretty simple. It was a bit of a struggle ...

... us all pumped as we were driving passed resort after resort of running lifts and the snow looked good! Eventually, about 2 hours after we set off, we arrived! It took us a bit of time to find our accommodation as it was a little far away from the mountain, but still well situated in the town of Tremblant. We checked in, and got a room for the 5 of us all to ourselves, which meant we could be as messy as we liked. My **** got unpacked ...
