This afternoon we had to go back into Montauban for Nathan to get a quote for the insurance company to repair the car. We were again assisted by Thierry who arranged for his friend from the garage to fit us in straight away and do the quote on the spot saving us time and money as well as sparing us from trying to explain what we need to a stranger with our improving but still very very limited ...

We saw Christophe at the brewery working his magic and singing to the brew to keep it calm and mellow while it fermented into liquid gold, perhaps this is the missing ingredient Traci's fathers home brew is lacking and stopping him from making his fortune in the world beer market.
