Woke this morning to find our efforts were wasted and I'd been eaten by Mosquitos - not happy! We then loaded to the van and set off across Texas. I get the front seat on this journey woo! ... I go in and they did have scoops and low and behold in a case toward the end is Whitehouse ice cream. Go figure! We had gotten her a cone and a cup in case it dripped which it did.

So we get off the highway in Rayne, LA to get ice cream after seeing a sign on the side of the road. We discovered much more.

... the compound, bolted across the parking lot, and headed toward the RV. She was so scared she ran under the RV.... into the forest....deep with thorns and low-lying brush... she was lost in moments!
We looked for four hours, it was almost 9pm and totally dark, she was lost forever! We are so sad.
