Home for a Rest
... to vomiting on landing. Yay. Luckily she managed to hold it together, but I felt bad for her, as she was balled up looking unhappy the entire flight. (I also felt bad for me...I'm getting better, but there was a time when my gut would lurch when my dog was sick).

I slept a bit late today, rising at 5:30. My morning walk was a modest 6 laps
on the Promenade deck as there will be more opportunities for walking in

Christmas Preparations
... Allyson had a Christmas party on the final day of daycare before the holidays. She hung out a sign that said "Santa, please stop here, these kids have been good" and it worked - Santa came! Both Sophia and Meredith were beside themselves with excitement as they recounted what happened. VANCOUVER - ABBY'S ISLAND - 22-23RD OCTOBER
... way back to the dock we called in to see some of Abby's dear friends, who graciously welcomed us into their home, and invited us to share some 'appys' and a wine with them. We had a wonderful couple of hours getting to know them and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I hope one day we get to see again, or have the opportunity to repay their hospitality in our own home.
