I still catch myself stopping by in the film aisle at Target, but now it always comes in between buying my grown-up things - a little perk to distract me whilest picking up the milk and the toilet paper. The wonder is still there though. Not all of it, but a small shadow of it is there. The wonder of the stories, and the magic of movies.

... Our first four hotels all have kitchens. I like the idea of picking up some seafood and cooking it up in delicious ways
... from the Ali Ghan Shrine (they’re sponsoring both the Hagerstown and the Cumberland dates for the circus) who we met at the Shrine Club dinner the other week. He set us up next to his brother’s business in an industrial park (with electric!) and then asked if we’d had dinner yet. We said no and he said he was treating. Love those Shriners! We ate at a local diner (Always Rays) and had great conversation over beer. Really looking forward to ...
... outdoor fire pit, drank wine, had dinner and hung out until midnight. We laughed so much it felt like 6 hours went by in the blink of an eye. I can't wait until the next time we get to see them again.
The rest of the day was kind of boring. We did laundry and packed and started loading the car for the long drive home. Mom cleaned the house a little to get ready for company and we relaxed in the afternoon for a few hours.
