This weekend coming is Easter and we're heading down to Bournemouth and Weymouth for the long weekend. It should be good, but a beach holiday is never fun when it's cold and raining. So let's hope for something a bit more akin to what we've been spoilt with for the last couple of weeks.

... you could think or talk about someone and they would appear. I loved staying here and enjoyed every minute of the month I spent there. Partly because it is a beautiful location but mainly because I met a great group of people. My days were spent doing yoga every morning, then meeting everyone for breakfast in the Coffee Temple, we’d then either pop into the town, or go for a walk trying to find the perfect Marsala Dosa (a spicy crispy pancake) ...

All aboard the airplane! It's all very real that we're leaving the UK as we set off into the clouds set for our first stop - Paris. Well, we nearly did not make it as our plane dipped and then flipped vertically - women started screaming and even the faces of the flight attendants ...
