The next morning, I took off for Paducah, the home of the American Quilt Museum. Whoo-hoo!
Before I move on to Paducah, however, I want to share some photos of Keeneland Race Track's training grounds, which I passed on my way out of Lexington. I was curious to see whether American tracks were very different from the one I'd seen at Newmarket in England.

Today we knocked out one of our longest drives, and I made it even longer by easing up on the throttle. I decided to drop down to 65 on the interstates instead of 75 because the Middle East just can't go a few months without some oil pipeline being threatened.
