The day was quickly passing so we made two quick stops at Reflection Lake and Narada Falls (188 ft high). These falls were worth a stop, and only a short walk from the parking lot. We stopped in for an amazing breakfast bar and brunch ...

Day 6 here ...and we've learned a few things:

      1. Waking up in the van is awesome.
      2. It takes exponentially longer to charge a cell phone with a car charger than in the wall.
      3. Ham and Cheese sandwiches are much easier to make in a moving car than PB & J.
      4. Portland is great.

So, the van is wonderful...it's oh so wonderful. It's cozy and organized, comfortable to ...

... enter Eliot Bay and Seattle slowly comes into view like a charcoal sketch with the tops of its taller buildings smudged and rubbed out by the city’s famous ‘mist’. We have to wait until 11am for the sun to burn through. It is Amazon’s ‘doggie fun-day’ tomorrow: ‘bring your puppy to South Lake Union campus [all dogs in Seattle are referred to as ‘puppies’ irrespective of age], participate in fun doggie games ...
