... and had a decent selection of hotels for me to choose a sleeping spot. Other than that, I have no idea where I am right now! So that's where I stand, or actually sit, in Allentown, PA at a Comfort Suites hotel. I stopped for my favorite ice cream, Friendly's, before I got in and am ready for a late checkout before heading up to Boston. Tomorrow will be another uneventful day, but as I've come to understand, that doesn't mean there won't be anything to write ...

... clothing, trying to get customers to step back in time with them. As it was late afternoon, the ghost tour establishments were getting filled with people making reservations to tour the town and park at night in hopes to make contact with spirits of the past.

We left Gettysburg discussing of our next trip back and what other activities we would want to get into. I look forward to going back as I feel there is so much more to see.

Capital Building

People kept telling us to visit the Capital Building. It opened in 1906 and President Roosevelt stated it was " the handsomest Capital I have ever seen." It really is a beautiful building and you get to take a guided tour if you like. We took the tour to find out more about the history of the building and it really was worth it.

... to check out their stadium. Gettysburg College is a D3 school with about 2,600 student. The campus consisted of beautiful old red brick buildings and plenty of shaded green space. The football field was very nice with large bleachers and field turf. Go Bullets!
