Just behind the New Church were two small Delft Pottery manufacturers and shops. Delft is famous worldwide for its striking blue pottery and every piece is hand painted. We watched an artist at work and marvelled at the delicate designs. On to Leiden to see Rembrandt’s birthplace only to be disappointed to find the house gone and only a small statue and a plaque on an insignificant apartment wall!

... Party im Millers gehen :-(. Am Sonntag habe ich ebenfalls nur mit einer Wärmeflasche auf der Couch gelegen. Ich hätte mir an diesem wunderbaren Tag auch etwas anderes vorstellen können, wie zum Beispiel an den Strand zu fahren...

So jetzt sind es nur noch drei Wochen bis zum Ende meiner Zeit in Den Haag. Der Endspurt kann beginnen :-)

... ndisch Kurs an der Deutschen Schule. Aber dahin zu kommen war nicht so einfach, denn die Trams (Straßenbahnen) bzw die Tramführer haben gestreikt und darunter war auch ausgerechnet unsere. Naja das hat dann bei Stephie und mir auch zu einem kleinen Streit geführt, der aber nicht von langer Dauer hat :-).
Am Mittwoch habe ich das wunderschöne Wetter mit Maja in vollen Zügen genossen und bin viel mit ihr spazieren gegangen. Mittags habe ich dann Elisa und ...
