      ... busy car park area and tells me I must walk the rest of the way!!! No ways am I leaving my precious bike in this area and looking around it appears that seems to be the way here in Venice.

      I head back out of town and back across this mighty long bridge. This bridge is also shared by a very busy rail network and trains are coming and going right alongside next to the cars.

      Finally off the bridge and I once again look for a few hotels in the area on the satnav. ...
