Our arrival at the Horton House B&B yesterday afternoon was, as Craig has explained, somewhat dampened. Our host's nephew, Scott, is a real character, with a quick line in banter that rather bamboozled us. Settling in, it became clear that our bed rocks like a boat, there is a general shabbiness, and everywhere there are ornaments, mirrors, and pictures crammed onto every surface, flat or vertical. ... But, before he apologized he booked a room and drove us to the hotel simultaneously. During that time, Dad called and complimented Chad on his ability to drive safely and maneuver his phone at the same time, which annoyed me because I don't like him on the phone while driving. This afternoon, a film but this morning, bizarrely being used for ...

... sauce. It was one of the most bizarre things we’ve eaten and our bodies were sorely regretting it as we began our hike for the day. Why America? Why?

Our hike on the other hand was gorgeous, we stopped at 4 different lakes and walked through beautiful forest and crazy rocks, it was just marvellous. 10 miles later we were starving, that’s miles people! We didn’t realise at the beginning how long our planned walk was and only having a little bag of ...

I have not updated our travel blog since we have gotten here, I guess because we have done so many things since we have been here. I would like to wish the love of my life happy 14th anniversary, sorry we have to work, will make it up when we get to Seattle, Wa. We have gone up Pikes Peak on the Cog railroad, we went back to the Garden of the Gods, and we also went to Breckenridge ski resort ...
