Overall Nick and I were smitten with this place, and couldn't believe that children didn't see it for the untamed beauty that it was. Who cares if they only had two horse rides and the sandpit closed at 6pm? Nothing could beat going to sleep to the sound of the geese fighting off a persistent fox, with an epic view of the ceiling.

Somehow in the conversation we mentioned that we didn't get a chance to see or go up the Arc de Triomphe or drive/walk along the Champs Elysées, and surprisingly, post-bargaining, he offered to take us that way!
