    ... And he was right.

    Bright and and sunny all day with blue skies and big white, puffy clouds. My absolute favorite kind of day.

    No treacherous riding conditions, no drivers trying to run me over. And the last hour was fun sweepers into Bennington! Beautiful scenery!

    ... rest after our first three in a row back from the lovely break. We hit the ground running and didn’t stop until we were at the hotel room. I slept for three hours than went out to the local Wal-Mart for a few small items. After returning back to my room, I chilled out for a bit and went to bed. I can’t believe how tired I am.

    ... car hit the guardrail and went down an embankment and hit a tree! Although several cars had already stopped and several folks were on their way down to check on things, Larry and I pulled over. I asked if 9-1-1 had been called and they said "yes".

    ... field down the way were chatty, but I slept well, unusually for me and awoke to birdsong. There's a hummingbird feeder on the window near the dining table, so I watched one drinking while I was having my toast. I love visiting big cities for a night or 2, but give me a house in the middle of nowhere any day.
