... for my luggage when someone smacks my a$$. It is my man who arrived before me in my hometown and who obviously missed me! Along with my mom and sister who failed at surprising me (thank you Find Friends on the iPhone), I endlessly wait for my suitcase that never showed up. We eat some Tim Hortons and my suitcase finally gets there at 11pm. I am exhausted (it is 4am for me after all), but being in Montreal, even for just a few days, is priceless... ...

... the current unrest there, we're hoping that the only heat we'll experience will be from the sun. We'll do our best to avoid the unpleasantries, but if we sense any danger, we'll just leave and go someplace safer. It all fits into the spontaneity theme for this trip. So, we hope that you'll keep reading to see how we survive on the exchange as well as on the streets of Bangkok.
