Over the border for a 4+ hour rainy & stormy drive but safe arrival to the Skyway Park to drop the car at the parking lot. Shuttle to the airport in a downpour but not problems. Ended up taking two extra umbrellas from the car on the trip but no worries ...

(- none of which I would rush to see again)! And two meals later (again not overly the best!) we landed in Toronto. ... Norfolk to the Sarova Stanley. No problem for the group but a big problem for Paul and Maryse and I since we had done our own booking there including tranfers. I phoned the Sarova and got a lovely woman named Susan who will handle everything surrounding the change for us. Maryse called the Fairmont and cancelled our rooms and transfers. The best laid plans as they say!!! This has been booked for months but what can you do, and luckily the new hotel had space for ...

... liked it. Some more walking and
after going through a shopping mall which seemed to go on forever, we
returned to the hotel for a brief rest.

It looked a nice night so we found a place to eat before walking back into town to go up the CN Tower. Bought tickets to go to the Sky Pod as well as the Observation Deck. No "Edge Walk" for us but I did manage to get a photo of Wes walking on the glass floor. I don't think he was really happy about doing it. It was ...
