... Again, the prevalence of hills and trees caught us by surprise. The guidebook indicated that Bohemia would be flatter than Moravia, but I did not really notice that until we were actually in Prague, which has grown in a region with fewer hills - but nothing as dramatic as the difference between the hills of Buda and the flat topography of Pest.

Went to airport but to visit travelex. Heading towards Auschwitz and trying to keep of the highways, had lots of breaks and from the road. Went looking for a camp site but it was closed so found a very nice and friend hotel half way up the mountains. They only spoke Czech and Germany so with my best German ( a large beer or chips and mayo) I booked my self in ...
Olomouc is another very scenic, historic city. You could say it s much like a miniature
