    ... been featured on Food Network (one of my fave TV channels) so that made it even more special. It was a quinessential old style diner and, as we have noticed every where in the South, the people were so friendly and enjoyed chatting with us. They always want to know where "ya'all" are from and headed :) It was another perfect Historic Route 66 moment!

    We enjoyed the rolling hills of Oklahoma noticed it had the beautiful red soil like Georgia and Kaua'i.

    ... the empty chairs symbolize the 168 lost lives. Amazingly, a tree survived the bombing and now stands as a symbol of human resilience.

    ... connected to one pump. Since our coach has dual fill capability, I was able to put in 90 gallons of diesel in record time. I think it took no more than 8 to 10 minutes to fill up. Once we were done we headed for the freeway.
