      We drop down into the Umpqua River region. The road takes us over passes of less than 2000' dropping into small valleys then climbs back out again. We pass Myrtle Creek and go through Roseburg and Sutherlin. The next major town is Cottage Grove. ...

      I asked directions from a guy to a brewery I had been recommended to and he propositioned me and asked if I wanted to come out with him tonight.

      Everyone under 30 seems to not be in possession of a pair of shoes.

      I mean some of these people are more weird than Lynn.

      ... over the world doing a bike ride through Oregon and we just happened to pick the wrong day to go to Crater Lake. But it was worth the hassle to see the lake.

      Arrived in Eugene, OR about 3:30 and thanks to Rich, who has arranged that we get a tour of the football stadium . Of course will have to get Abram something with Oregon Ducks on it.
