I like heaping plates of spaghetti with hearty meatballs and chunky mushrooms and like the whole jar of parmesan dumped on the top. I like cottage cheese and/or sour cream in my spaghetti. In restaurants I notice the holes on the cheese shakers usually clog up, so I surreptitiously remove the cap under the table and dump the complete contents of the bottle onto my plate. That’s an extra topping for free right?

I love Fettuccini Alfredo ...
