Left at 9:00 after a 2 and a half hour trip to cover 30 miles we arrived in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. First stop was a Flea market, kinda like a carboot but for Hipsters who like vintage stuff. Picked up a tshirt of a chicken holding a machine gun. Walked down to Brooklyn Heights, a long walk made more strenuous by the heat of the midday sun. Today's town, Township of Washington, should not be confused with Washington Township, which also exists in NJ but way further south than where we are supposed to be. We learned this last year but thankfully checked with the sponsor before we drove there.
