... I had 1 interview and have 2 more coming up. 2 jobs are in California and the 3rd is in Colorado. But honestly, I want to spend this winter in Alaska to see what it's like. Type 2 fun, maybe?! So I'm currently applying to the very few seasonal winter jobs that Alaska offers. Fingers crossed!

Still no bear sighting.

... a good place to spend the night, so turn off the main road and drive for a couple of miles beside the river at a nominal 5mph, and eventually find the campground where the river enters the lake. It is a self registration campground, so we drive around, seeing a good site, but taking forever to get to it negotiating misleading signs. ... people from Aurora Lovers and make more new friends. Kimberly traveled quite a way to meet us after 9:00 and we appreciated that. We enjoyed great pizza and great conversation and went back to the hotel ending our trip on a high note.
