... supermarket and bought a texta from the dollar store (cost me $1.54 ripoff) and made our sign. We only had to wait for 20 minutes before a guy picked us up and speed us off to our destination.

We were quite impressed how well that had turned out and it was only 11am so we hiked up the hill to the Canmore Nordic Centre so that we could play our first ever round of Disc Golf. Personally I had been looking forward to this since I first discovered the sport (yes sport!) ...

... our hotel. The girl I talked to said, "20 minutes past Field, you'll see some big signs and shortly after that, there'll be a right turn." So we drove like bats outta hell on Eastbound TransCon 1 to get there on time. We were watching the clock/mileage carefully, as we'd seen no signs except for official TransCanada roadsigns. About 20 minutes past Field, we saw four HUGE signs that advertised the Zip Line, White Water Rafting, Horseback Riding and ATV ...

We had dinner again at Earls. It was excellent as usual. It rained tonight. We did some shopping and now we are back updating the blog.

I am so sad to be leaving this amazing place but I know I can come back…and I will. Deb said when she turned 40 she made a deal that she would make sure she spent her vacation every year in a warm place… I am making the opposite pact for now…I want to see the mountains and feel the cool breezes. ...
