    Our seats turned out to be together after all, on the ground floor with a great view of the stage. The Schubert is a small intimate theater and so part of the performance happens in the aisle as well as the stage. This made for a fun show. All the children actors were amazing and some were only 10 years old! They danced and sang and had endless lines. It is a fast moving performance and it was dazzling to see these kids do all these things. ...

    Tomorrow is the last full day of our vacation. I think much of it will be spent trying to pack. That is going to be a major operation.

    ... the organ it was all so hard to take in being so beautiful with wonderful stained windows. The trip back via Museum Drive is where all the museums are including the MET and the Gogenheim with lots of other smaller museums. An affluent area again with much old money in this area and very classy girls schools. Lunch was at Angelos Deli again back in Midtown - we were here on Monday and could not resist going back. Lots of walking again today but it was easier as it was not so hot. ...

    If you have ever thought of visiting NY, DO IT! Train systems are fairly reliable, so you don't have to base yourself on the isle of Manhattan. Remember, New Jersey is NOT in NYC, this is important because the subway doesn't run there.
