... of rain occurred so I used that as an excuse to stay a bit longer and shop. We also found a small diner with an excellent breakfast menu across the street while waiting for the clothes to dry. In the midst of one of the storms, Reyna (who had gone on a walk with Oriana and her mother) saw the Ex in the laundromat parking lot and ran over to see if they could get a ride with us. We all needed to do some grocery shopping so after laundry was done, we drove ...

... our jammies - we stopped at the Silver Lake Sand Dune State Park and rode a big butt dune buggy over the dunes for about an hour. ... the back of the van - a pocket chair. That's right, a pocket chair. Unless you've got huge pockets, you kind of actually have to carry it in the bag it comes in. But, alas, we spent our first 5 minutes there in the parking lot, testing the weight limit on a tiny, foldable chair. We are a spectacle to be beheld by all, as always. It was a little chillier and cloudier than it usually is when we go, so it was even less crowed than usual. This also meant that ...

... the forest next to a root ridden tree at one point it was that unbearable. However what's fantastic about electric forest is that there is actually a full on water park at the festival and so we paid a moderate sum to get a short golf buggy ride to the water park with the texans and escape the heat. The water park was great fun with everything you'd expect in a water park plus cold beer! Overall it was a great festival that I'd highly ...
