Yesterday we drove down to Laverstoke Mill which is now the Bombay Sapphire Distillery. We had watched a Megafactories documentary on the restoration of the mill and loved getting to see it and to learn about making the gin. After enjoying our riding hack so much on Friday, today Craig, Aaron and Chloe had a riding lesson at the same stables. ... We continued to eat our way around the markets however! We had waffles, donuts, more mulled wine and even had deep fried cheese. After the quiz, it was my job to go around and get all the kids to sign a card for Del Boy as Monday is our last day with him (he takes us into London and that's it).
