... and you take loads of pictures and then you hike back down to tell everyone how lovely your afternoon was. This did not turn out quite that way. In fact we would spend somewhere aound five hours hiking, conquering some 15 kilometers of stunning wilderness.

When you start a hike at 12 in the afternoon, and you come to a point around 2 in the afternoon and you are informed that there is something like 3 hours of hiking ahead, you should ...

... were two gondolas. You first take the Gondola from Whistler Village up to a high peak. Then you change over to another gondola that takes you peak to peak. It is over 2 1/2 miles across from one peak to the other. The gondolas going peak to peak were amazing. The peak to peak gondola is ...

It's a nice enough condo though, compact by North American standards, perfectly fine for British. A lounge / kitchen on the first floor, bedroom, bathroom and utility room on the second floor, with a balcony on each floor. The condo sits ...

... he weekend with a special dinner organised by Mindy at Hy's Steakhouse. Absolutely top class dining and it delivers all things steak. We all took advantage of the special menu. It offers recommended selections for entrees, mains and deserts and includes a warmup of cheese toast. I am sorry @Aunty Gail but there is a chance (according to Mindy) that your monopoly at number #1 may be challenged. We washed the dinner sown with a bottle of SavBlanc for Mindy ...

... linn gate again! Finally comes to this morning, the 8th. Eventually I got round to doing my Mercedes video interview - what a nightmare!! Which unfortunately meant I didn't have time to get out and ski today but after an incredible day yesterday I wasn't too bothered. Now I'm sat on a 14 hour coach ride to Banff, Alberta on a bus that seems like a submarine and a nice you fellow playing Indian music from his mobile. Il check in again once we arrive at our hostel in ...
