... seal bragging rights for the rest of the trip. The 4km walk too flew by as you stopped at various pit stops to look at the Swiss valley and admire the mountains that you were now encapsulated by. If you do go off the beaten track though, be prepared to sink knee deep into snow and struggle to escape. I learnt this the hard way. You also may be lucky enough to witness an avalanche, one of natures great phenomenon… don't ...

... view is well worth it!!

We explored the inner ice caves and the plateau on the peak for amazing photos and great fun. It was a little chilly at 5.6 degrees but warm in the sun :) after our exploring it was back for a dinner of chicken with creamy mushroom sauce with potato Rosti - delicious and the food is MUCH better than I expected! A few local beers with tea and it was in for an early night!

... taking an incline to a look out and climbing to the top of a church. We wanted a true Switzerland meal before leaving, so we grabbed some Swiss bratwurst from a street vendor and of course Swiss chocolate for dessert! I bought some chocolates for souvenirs but we'll see if they make it back to the States...

Got some great pictures! Notice how awesome the weather was.. And check me out next week after my trip to Paris, France!
