We are now in Boulder city which is north of Denver. This morning we did a train ride up Pikes Peak this morning as the snow came down. It is called a "cog" train and is diesel powered through the middle rail which drives and brakes the train. Some very steep parts of the track. It is a 9 mile track up to 14000 feet but as the weather was bad we went 7 miles to 12000 feet. ...
