... been spoiled with great weather for the past 9 days so I couldn't complain to much..that was until I couldn't find my rain jacket. I had accidentally left my rain jacket in a restaurant in Delaware Water Gap, PA. I hiked for 3 rainy and cold days until I was able to pick up a poncho from a little trailside store. I was finally able to get a hold of the restaurant and they sent my jacket to Pawling so I could pick it up. At least now when it rains ...

... Both of our GPS's took us on slightly different routes. Our goal was to avoid driving through the cities so we purposely headed towards a place called Fish Kill, New York. Exit 11 managed to navigate us into a residential area with many dead ends and verrrrrrrry narrow streets. Clarence kept saying "we're screwed". I kept telling him to listen to the GPS. Today was a huge travelling day. We touched down in 4 states Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and New York. The day ended up being one of those days that are quite trying, but a day you can laugh about later. First thing we do is synchronize our gps's to add our destination address. ... Royale service, and I couldn’t resist Champagne with black currant liqueur. I’ve never had one before. My choices were Lobster and Scallop Sausage with Root Vegetables and Citrus Sauce as an appetizer, Venison Saddle with Vegetables and Foie Gras Bread Pudding as a main, and Panna Cotta with Grapefruit Sections in Pink Grapefruit Soup for dessert.
