Mom's 3rd test...
Well, we have arrived safe and sound at our B&B in Dublin.
Mom says the ferry was her third test.. 1) was flying and she made it through that 2) was going up on the Eye of London (heights) and 3) was the ferry ride (she didn't even need gravol)! I'm sure the 4th test is going to be driving with me on the wrong side of the road!

It was Mom's birthday today and we spent the majority of the day in the car travelling from Doolin to Dublin. We didn't have any stops planned, so we really didn't stop. It was a long drive, it seemed, but it is kind of amazing that we drove across the whole country in a few hours... can't do that in most of our provinces!

Today I got up and took the car back to the drop off depot and then caught a bus back to the B&B. It is in a great location for the airport and car pickup/ drop off. Filling in the gaps!
... too, but it's an issue for me just because of the fact that I am such a hugger. Really. I love giving and receiving hugs. Especially goodbye hugs. It's always awkward to walk away from a friend if there is that one moment where I feel like I can squeeze a hug in and I don't. There has been SO many awkward hugs here. I can tell they're thinking, whoa, why are you hugging me. Or some will give me that awkward loose-arm hips-back I am extremely sick and contagious hug. ...

... imaginative little green man. The Museum was cool, it was about 5 or 6 rooms and each room had a theme. There was one where it was raining, and then the following room was a rainbow. My favorite room was the one with the HUGE furniture, that was supposed to make you feel small, just like a leprechaun. We also had a tour guide who throughout the Museum would come find us and regale us with information about the fairies and stories that used to be so ...
