We got up at 7:30 AM today but got a late start at around 9:30 AM. It had rained the night before and the weather was still a bit cold at 40 degrees. Mitch and I split the 3 man tent the first day as Ryan met us 4 miles in on the 2nd day. My pack weighed in around 35 lbs and we had 14 miles to hike that day.

Mitch led the entire way, which didn't really change ...

      Day 13 icy cold bits......

A travel blog entry by hilton.janine on Feb 14, 2015

... jumped in the car and headed down to Greenwood Indiana. Janine has learnt very quickly to enjoy the benefit of seat warmers...... The drive south was cold with some nasty looking snow clouds threatening us. We then headed out to the local brewhouse for some dinner and a few ...
