Arrive in Toronto at 5.30pm. Lovely hotel in the middle of the city. Very busy and very friendly.
Chilled out in hotel for the rest of the day. Hotel has 2 pools, several restaurants and more importantly a bar ;))
We are on the 23rd floor, the pool is on 27th lol. Huge !!

... which was an incredible experience. This is a must must must see for anyone in this region! We headed back to Toronto via the small villages along the Niagara all the way to Niagara on the Lake. Here we saw the impressive Fort George, a period wooden fort from the 1800s, and saw Toronto from across the Lake. On our way back along the freeway a 4 car fender bender slowed us down hugely and nearly caused us to miss our overnight bus to New York ...

Found a Metro supermarket (by accident) and bought supplies for lunch. Their in-store bakery advertised that they baked 3 times a day. Walked along the harbour front and found a park with views of the CN Tower where we had lunch. It was nice in the sun and warm if you could avoid the breeze.

Tried to get to the Union Station platforms but need to have a ticket to get there. There appeared to be little train traffic ...
