First I gotta say, La is green!!! Getting off the plane to greet my cousin, I was engulfed in the "greenness" of the state. And to be honest, I had no complaints!! After Brittany Larmer ( yep, no longer a Lamoureux since she eloped to her army guy) picked me up at the airport, we went costume shopping for her and the family. The location is spiritual, gothic even, with the grey cypresses and tupelos rising smoothly from their bowls in the silent water -- no branches until ...

Jimmy, Carla and family were just wonderful this past week entertaining us...we are loving our time with them. And we will probably starve tomorrow as we are off to ...
