I got up at 8am and drove into town to find a supermarket. I bought provisions for breakfast and picnic lunches, coffee, and something for tonight's dinner. I also stopped for gas. If you aren't paying attention, it seems cheap: "$1.65?!?" But of course, that is in Euros. And in liters! Best to not think about it. And in any case, our Jukebox gets great gas mileage! Shawn arrived on the 24! We had a low key day since neither of us slept due to travels the previous night.

On Sunday (Mal's Birthday!) we went to Bantry to do some walking/hiking. It's really impossible to describe how stunning Ireland is. You hear stories of the Emerald Island and the like but seriously, this place is just so green and gorgeous it takes your breath away.
